It needs no introduction; one of the crowning achievements of Emperor Hadrian, the wall is stretches from the east to the west coast, situated in beautiful Northumbrian countryside.
Covering 290 hectares; there are multitudes of animals and birds waiting to greet you, including lambs, goats, fluffy chicks, Highland Cattle, and of course; guinea pigs and rabbits! In Hamsterley Forest you'll find the hair-raising drop-offs and jumps on the purpose-built 'Loops' circuit.
At Kielder Water & Forest Park you will find the renowned 'red and black' Deadwater mountain bike trails. The 'red route' is the highest MTB trail in England, peaking at 1900 feet.
